Michael Kuzma's career provides expertise in project management, business process re-engineering and training development throughout a broad base of industries (resort real estate, financial services, health care provider, hospitality, manufacturing, consultant, insurance, education, retail, and public administration). He has also created a vast network within the project management and IT fields, financial institutions, hardware and software manufacturers, and the hospitality and resort industries.

Michael advanced his career by providing leadership in achieving goals and improving business processes within and beyond his areas of responsibility. Michael has an innate ability to envision processes that can overcome obstacles posed by stakeholders. This ability combined with his broad background in business operations within multiple industries, has provided proven and innovative re-engineering solutions that have successfully resulted in more constructive use of financial, technical and/or human resources for his clients and employers.

Motivated by a commitment to empower project teams and client staff to successfully implement new solutions, Michael has mentored and developed training programs throughout his career.

ITMetrixx is a successful entrepreneurial endeavor originating from a plan to support a large health care provider client of a bankrupt employer. This same entrepreneurial spirit has recently led him to pursue experience at every level within the resort real estate industry.
